Download Bug Fixed Patches (Updated to V2.0)

This topic is meant to download the bug fixed versions of the game and to observe the bugs-fix history. The topic will be often updated by me with the latest bug fixed versions of the game. Note the version in the topic to see whether the patch has been updated recently or not.

Since the demo and the full version of the game are separate files, it is recommended that you download the right file for the game. If you are playing the demo, then download the patch for the demo. Or if you are playing the full version, download the patch for the full version.

Arevan V 2.0: **IMPORTANT** Those who are using versions older than Ver 1.5, you need to restart the game if you patch with the latest. I've introduced a new program script that reduces the game screen flickering, so loading from you old save will cause the game to crash.

After patching the RGSSAD2, also paste this image file inside C:/Program Files/Arevan/Graphics/Parallaxes

How to use the patch?

1) Download the patch
2) Log in as the administrator to your computer
3) Go to C: Drive->Program Files->Arevan
4) Copy the patch and paste it (overwrite) inside the game folder (Arevan).
5) Play test the game (or else you won't see the changes).

Version history:

V1.9: Minor Updates for both demo and full version-
1) Reduced the menu HUD to only a small box, removed the character HUD from the map to reduce game lag.
2) Updated the antilag and menu HUD scripts to reduce game flickering.
3) Chirab at Arevan school can now allow you to enable or disable the menu HUD.
4) Introduced a save point just before teleporting to the zenith.

V1.8: Bugs Fixed: Full version only-
1) Minor bug- room 6 was not accessible in Temple of Love by mistake. Now it has been fixed.

V1.7: Bugs Fixed:Full version only-
1) Minor bug- The white and pink pearl quest didn't turn green if the pearls were collected before one got the quest. So just corrected that.

V1.6: Bugs fixed:Full version only-
1) A minor fixing of Maurean and Nandini's union at the end. For some weird reason, even after full filling all the conditions, the union wasn't happening. Just attempted fixing that..awaiting feedback.

V1.5: Bugs fixed: Updated both demo and full version-
1) Those who were using the mouse reported crashes when clicked on the main character. Also some reported crashes randomly while using the mouse. That has been fixed.
2) The coin quest bug still popped up earlier, another attempt has been made to remove this bug. Hopefully this should work fine now.

V1.4: Bugs Fixed: Updated to both demo and full version.
1) Some players were complaining game screen flickering/lagging and choppy video. Introduced a new antilag script to reduce the effect. This may cause your older save files to not work with this version. So you need to restart the game to see the change.
2) Coins quest bug fixed. The 5th coin quest didn't turn green, hence the quest could not be completed.
3) Maurean's courting of Nandini couldn't be completed earlier. That bug has been fixed.

V1.3: Bugs Fixed (full version only)
1) Minor bug- the empowered thunder and empowered fire skills raised the enemy's mind temporarily when used. Removed the mind-raising effect.

V1.2: Bugs Fixed (full version only):
1) The Starlitsky parallax was missing in castle of icicle while transporting to the Zenith (blame me for my last moment changes after testing was over).
2) Game crashed when you got LaserB1V5 first and spoke to the scientist at Copernicus before getting the quest from him.

V1.1:Bug fixed: Some players who do not have 'Calibri' installed as the default font in their system might face a weird bug of not being able to see any text in the menu screen, game starting, load saves, map names or anywhere except for the dialogues. See the image below-



This bug has been fixed. If you faced the problem mentioned, then get this patch.
